Job Summary: We are seeking a software implementation specialist with strong technical skills and excellent client relationship abilities to perform system installation, training, and implementation reporting. If you possess strong technical aptitude, enthusiasm for technology, and a commitment to building solid client relationships, this opportunity may be right for you! ### **Your responsibilities here:** * Implement our solutions at client sites, ensuring proper system installation and operation; * Deliver hands-on training to promote user autonomy in operating the solutions; * Prepare implementation reports with key performance indicators to support results tracking; * Handle medium-complexity tasks with guidance from more experienced professionals. ### **Desired technical knowledge:** * Public-facing communication and strong interpersonal skills; * Basic understanding of databases, computer networks, and infrastructure; * Knowledge of electronics/electro-electronics, hardware, and operating systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with Seventh solutions (or willingness to learn); * Project management fundamentals and user training experience are preferred. ### **We’re looking for someone who:** * Demonstrates genuine customer focus; * Shows ownership mindset and accountability; * Possesses emotional intelligence to navigate diverse contexts; * Is creative and open to innovation; * Aligns with our company culture and values; * Is willing to travel.
