The candidate must possess technical education in this field, proven experience in the role, and knowledge of current regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, guiding employees on safe work practices, investigating workplace accidents and incidents, preparing reports, and participating in safety meetings. Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and interpersonal abilities will be important differentiators. **Responsibilities** 1\. Conduct safety inspections at company facilities, identifying potential hazards and proposing preventive measures. 2\. Develop and review safety procedures and emergency plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. 3\. Deliver occupational safety training to employees, raising awareness about the importance of safe practices. 4\. Supervise and guide employees on the proper use of personal and collective protective equipment. 5\. Investigate workplace accidents, analyzing root causes and proposing corrective actions. 6\. Maintain the company's Environmental Risk Prevention Program up to date. 7\. Organize awareness campaigns on accident and occupational disease prevention. 8\. Monitor compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, identifying and correcting potential non-conformities. 9\. Participate in CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) meetings to discuss occupational safety matters. 10\. Provide technical support to occupational safety management, assisting in the implementation of policies and programs aimed at continuously improving working conditions.
