Join POLIRIM! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide the production/painting team on processes, procedures, and daily targets. * Monitor employee performance and provide support. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational safety regulations. * Monitor production flow, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements. * Assist in organizing the department, ensuring cleanliness and order. * Track productivity indicators and report results to Management. * Train new employees on operational tasks. * Address day-to-day operational issues. * Participate in product and painting process development. * Interpret manuals and prepare technical and legal documentation. * Execute painting control plans. * Support painting processes. * Perform other duties as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; * Comply with quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation standards and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. Prior experience in an industrial or production environment. Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control. Fundamental understanding of occupational safety. Leadership and communication skills. **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
