Organization and attention to detail in the laundry **Laundry Assistant / Linens and Uniforms** Location: Porto Alegre – RS Job Type: On-site **Full-time** **Job Description** A high-end restaurant seeks a laundry assistant to handle the establishment’s linens and staff uniforms, including washing, drying, ironing, and organization. The professional will be responsible for keeping towels, napkins, kitchen cloths, aprons, and uniforms consistently clean, well-maintained, and ready for use. We seek someone who is organized, responsible, and attentive to detail. **Responsibilities** * Wash, dry, and iron towels, napkins, kitchen cloths, and other linens. * Wash, dry, iron, and organize uniforms for the entire team. * Maintain linens and uniforms clean, readily available, and in good condition. * Organize linen and uniform inventory by type, size, and purpose. * Identify damaged items and report replacement needs. * Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and functional. * Follow hygiene standards, fabric preservation guidelines, and specific care instructions. * Support ad-hoc requests from the dining room and kitchen related to linens. **Requirements** * Prior experience in domestic or professional laundry work. * Organizational skills, diligence, and attention to detail. * Ability to manage high volumes of items and meet deadlines. * Responsibility and commitment. * Availability for on-site work. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospital laundries. * Knowledge of fabric preservation and professional ironing techniques. **Salary** R$ 1\.580 to R$ 1\.800 per month Performance-based bonuses **Benefits** On-site meal Transportation allowance Job Type: Permanent CLT Payment: R$1\.580,01 \- R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
