Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Assistant to clean suites, bathrooms, and other areas in Caxias do Sul. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse responsibilities including linen replacement and inventory verification We currently have an opening for a \*Cleaning Assistant\* at our \*Drops Caxias do Sul\* unit. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this could be the opportunity you are looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Cleaning of suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen. Linen replacement, consumption verification, and submission of menu orders requested by suites. \*Requirements:\* Previous experience in cleaning or related activities (preferred but not mandatory); \*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary\*: R$1685.20 initially and R$1892.00 after gaining experience \+ 40% hazard pay. \*Attendance Bonus\*: R$130.00 \*Meal Voucher\*: R$250.00 per month. \*Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance\*: \*Work Schedule\*: 6 days on / 1 day off (one weekly day off and one Sunday off per month). * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Loyalty bonus based on tenure: 25% of salary in July during the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year. Performance Incentive Program: Performance-based bonuses every six months. \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; shift schedule to be coordinated with the manager. \*Shift Timing:\* Rotating shifts \- availability required to alternate between morning, afternoon, and night shifts. \*Work Location\*: R.
