We would be delighted to assist you. **Your Responsibilities** -------------------------- * Issue and validate export documentation, ensuring compliance with legislation, internal procedures, and international requirements; * Negotiate and coordinate with logistics operators, customs brokers, and distributors, ensuring efficiency, competitive costs, and on-time delivery; * Monitor the progress of export operations, maintaining direct interface with plants in Brazil, Europe, Asia, and the United States, as well as ongoing negotiations with distributors, ensuring agile support and timely intervention in operations whenever necessary; * Manage backlog, lead times, and shipment priorities, supporting data-driven decisions; * Conduct market analyses and identify opportunities for improvement and expansion; * Ensure efficient communication between internal departments and external partners, guaranteeing operational alignment; * Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and corporate policies; * Prepare reports and KPIs, proposing continuous improvements and efficiency gains; * Support digitalization initiatives and system usage (SAP, CRM/CPQ, automation); * Resolve issues and provide support to the distributor network, ensuring operational fluidity and customer satisfaction. **Your Qualifications** ---------------------- * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields; * Experience in export operations within the metal-mechanical sector; * Spanish and English language proficiency, preferably at an advanced level; * Knowledge of international trade and export logistics regulations; * Skills in negotiation and relationship management with suppliers and commercial partners. **What We Offer** ------------------------ Standard benefits, subject to enrollment, including: * Meals – company-owned cafeteria (with employee co-payment); * Transportation – chartered service (with employee co-payment); * Health Insurance – Unimed REGIONAL (employee and dependents* – 70% covered by company, 30% by employee) *children up to age 18; * External and Internal Dental Care (with co-payment upon use); * Pharmacy discount program (discount applied to monthly payroll based on purchase); * Emergency Medical Service (company-covered area – no cost); * Group or tiered Life Insurance (with co-payment); * Private Pension Plans (VGBL and PGBL), per company policy and plan; * Resgate Sul Home Care Service (covered area: urban perimeter and city of Caxias do Sul) (with co-payment); * Language and Education Program (per company policy); * Employees’ Association (with co-payment); * Workplace Gymnastics (no cost); * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR), per company policy; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass).
