Collaboration in food hygiene and safety The restaurant seeks a Kitchen Assistant professional in Salvador. **Responsibilities:** Provide assistance in food preparation, including tasks such as cutting, chopping, peeling, and washing ingredients. Collaborate in kitchen organization and cleaning, including sanitizing utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Support dish presentation and food finishing prior to service. Contribute to food organization and storage, ensuring proper hygiene and safety conditions. Assist with simple tasks such as preparing coffee, tea, and juices, as well as assembling salads and desserts. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Assistant Cook, Food Preparer, or Industrial Kitchen Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
