Job Summary: Work in the Central Sterile Supply Department, ensuring preparation, sterilization, and control of surgical materials, guaranteeing quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Operate in the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) 2. Perform washing, drying, and packaging of surgical instruments 3. Ensure traceability and inspection of materials Responsibilities and Challenges: As CSSD Supervisor, you will oversee operations in the Central Sterile Supply Department. Your main responsibilities include: * Washing, drying, sorting, and packaging surgical instrumentation materials. * Autoclaving and storing sterile materials to ensure timely delivery for surgeries. * Verifying stored, sterilized, consigned, and defective materials. * Preparing and assembling surgical material kits according to surgery requirements. * Using a traceability system to monitor all processed items. * Inspecting materials for oxidation and wear, ensuring item quality and safety. Required Qualifications: * Completed High School education. * Prior experience in CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department).
