Ensures inventory integrity and service delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Internal and External Customer Service; * Picking, verification, issuance of invoices (NFs), and management of goods transfers; * Storing goods, recording invoices (NFs), attending to and receiving suppliers, processing returns; * Providing customers with information regarding product warranties and casings; * Monitoring activities performed by other departmental colleagues; * Ensuring the correct execution of departmental activities; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree, basic computer skills, intermediate-level Office proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in the Logistics field and related responsibilities. Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
