Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist to provide friendly service to customers and visitors, handle phone calls, emails, and property registrations, as well as provide general support to the unit. Support to the unit director in daily activities **We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team!** **Responsibilities:** * Provide friendly service to customers, suppliers, and visitors * Guide visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts * Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and Teams communications * Register and update properties in the CRM * Support the unit director with unit-related tasks **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1.921,26 + 5% attendance bonus * Meal allowance: R$ 200.00 * Transportation voucher * Medical and dental assistance – effective after 45 days * Welhub (Gympass) * Birthday day off * Tangará partnership **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Payment: R$1.921,26 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Transportation voucher Experience: * Customer service (Preferred)
