Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Second-level network management (data, computers, assets, and communication links); * User support (full service lifecycle); * Installation, management, and configuration of printers and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS); * Network monitoring — including libraries and backups — e.g., switches, gateways, Internet, intranet, routing; * Close collaboration with the IT infrastructure team to execute initiatives targeting internal environments; * Installation, management, configuration, and support of hardware and software; * Analysis, configuration, installation, and support of physical and virtual servers; * Creating service tickets for incidents and service requests; * Installation and management of software and hardware; * Database maintenance procedures; * Database maintenance, review, and optimization; * Support for the security team (backups, antivirus, firewalls, etc.); * Administrative support in managing fiscal invoices for the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in IT or related field; * Prior experience in IT infrastructure; * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux; * Information security knowledge; * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of servers and networks; * Previous experience in schools; * Basic or technical English; * Familiarity with information security concepts; * Knowledge of support methodologies, SLAs, and metric tracking; * ITIL certification.
