Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure, provide technical support, administer systems and networks, and implement technological solutions. Leading infrastructure improvement and expansion projects We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company's Information Technology infrastructure, providing technical support to users, administering systems and networks, and implementing technological solutions that improve internal business process efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Provide Level 1 support to users and Level 2 support to IT assistants (onsite and remote); * Respond to incidents related to hardware, software, and network; * Implement, administer, and monitor servers, switches, firewalls, and communication equipment, ensuring corporate system availability, integrity, and efficiency; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment; * Create and maintain users in corporate systems; * Lead infrastructure improvement or expansion projects; * Administer and monitor the backup environment, ensuring data preservation and compliance with backup policies; * Ensure proper execution of the patch and update management plan; * Adhere to Information Security guidelines; * Support implementation of departmental policies and controls; * Assist in user training on internal systems and IT tools. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields; * Prior experience in IT infrastructure; * Experience with IT monitoring tools; * Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365; * Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, and DNS; * Intermediate knowledge of Cisco switches and Fortinet firewalls; * Knowledge of security camera systems, DVRs, and NVRs. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Microsoft, Cisco, or Fortinet certifications; * Experience in 24x7 operational environments; * Experience with GLPI system.
