Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized Controller with strategic vision and solid experience to structure, analyze, and consolidate reports; monitor variances; and support decision-making. Implement improvements in controlling and financial compliance processes **We have an amazing opportunity for a Controller at Cia do Leite!** If you are analytical, organized, possess strategic vision, and have solid experience in controlling, this role could be perfect for you. * Structure, analyze, and consolidate managerial reports, financial statements, and cost reports. * Analyze and validate managerial income statements (DRE), contribution margins, cost centers, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. * Monitor budget variances, prepare forecasts, and propose corrective action plans. * Track, interpret, and consolidate financial and operational KPIs. * Control costs, margins, expenses, and profitability by service. * Support the accounting team in integrating and reconciling information. * Implement improvements in controlling processes, data governance, internal controls, policies, and financial compliance. * Ensure consistency between internal reports and legal obligations. * Support internal and external audits, as well as strategic initiatives within the area. * Assist the administrative and finance leadership team with analyses, reporting, and decision-making.
