Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and committed Metalworker to fabricate and assemble metal structures, performing cutting, drilling, assembly, finishing, and welding. Key Highlights: 1. Perform metalworking services on metal structures 2. Carry out MIG/MAG and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) 3. Interpret technical drawings for manufacturing and installation We are a company that manufactures and assembles metal structures. We are looking for an **experienced, committed, and detail-oriented Metalworker** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Perform metalworking services on metal structures, including cutting, drilling, assembly, and finishing * Conduct welding using MIG/MAG and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) processes, especially on hot-dip galvanized materials * Interpret technical drawings for the manufacturing and installation of components * Safely and accurately operate tools and equipment * Assist with on-site installation of metal structures, including work at heights **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a metalworker * Knowledge of MIG/MAG and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) * Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform precise cutting and assembly * Commitment to quality, deadlines, and safety * Availability to work at heights * Residency near Palhoça/SC Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 \- R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
