As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will lead and supervise civil construction workers on construction sites, ensuring activities are carried out per project specifications while complying with technical standards, deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements. Emphasis is placed on team performance and project execution. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** * Manage the construction schedule, ensuring timely execution. * Read, interpret, and ensure implementation of project drawings, sketches, and technical specifications. * Control materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution, minimizing waste. * Organize labor teams—internal and/or outsourced—delegating and monitoring tasks. * Collaborate with engineers to ensure construction complies with project technical requirements. * Guide site setup and maintenance, promoting organization and workplace safety. * Verify and control delivery of purchased materials to the site. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations across the entire team. * Supervise the use of Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during all activities. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with superiors regarding project progress. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Literate **Experience:** Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** Knowledge of reinforced concrete structure execution and high-end residential building construction, Familiarity with ISO and PBPQH certifications, Professional commitment and ethics, Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively, Proficiency in reading and interpreting project documents, Basic knowledge of planning, logistics, and construction systems, Commitment to quality, occupational safety, and environmental preservation, Team management skills and dedication to site processes, Execution of operational tasks and direct team supervision. **Additional Information** Here, you’ll find a collaborative environment filled with competent and committed professionals.
