Description: * Completed high school education; * Good interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability to assess situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal standing posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and walking throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, loading and unloading aircraft with luggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, inspecting and scanning the floor for dropped objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Safeguarding aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Checking and safeguarding baggage and cargo labels; * Placing and removing wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client’s Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Segregating baggage and cargo volumes in airport sorting areas by reading identification labels (with or without technological assistance), aiming to load them into storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) onto the correct flights; * Stowing baggage and cargo in aircraft holds following norms and procedures outlined in the MGO, as recommended for special situations (fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable cargo); * Unloading baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels and placing them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregating baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections through reading volume identification labels; * Inspecting and monitoring packaging of cargo and baggage to verify proper suitability for transport, thereby ensuring flight and handler safety; * Correctly handling and appropriately allocating baggage and cargo within aircraft holds, observing internal restraint and hold height safety limits; * Unloading wheelchairs or baby strollers and placing them at designated locations; * Performing equipment marshalling during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent collisions with the fuselage; * Servicing aircraft within the timeframes established for each service type and airport classification where operations are conducted; * Conducting checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and reporting equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Reporting any equipment irregularities during operations to supervisors. 2512110202491571374
