As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising civil construction workers on job sites, ensuring all activities are carried out according to project specifications while complying with technical standards, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements. Emphasis is placed on team performance and project execution. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** * Manage the construction schedule, ensuring timely project execution. * Read, interpret, and ensure implementation of project drawings, sketches, and technical specifications. * Control materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution, minimizing waste. * Organize labor teams—both in-house and outsourced—assigning and monitoring tasks. * Collaborate with engineers to ensure construction complies with the project’s technical requirements. * Guide setup and maintenance of the construction site, promoting organization and workplace safety. * Verify and control delivery of purchased materials to the site. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations across the entire team. * Supervise use of Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during all activities. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with supervisors regarding project progress. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Literate **Experience:** Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** Knowledge of reinforced concrete structure execution in high-standard residential building construction, Familiarity with ISO and PBPQH certifications, Professional commitment and ethics, Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively, Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, Basic understanding of planning, logistics, and construction systems, Commitment to quality, occupational safety, and environmental preservation, Team management skills and dedication to site processes, Execution of more operational tasks and direct supervision of teams. **Additional Information** Here, you’ll find a collaborative environment filled with competent and committed professionals.
