As a **Viva Corp Product Analyst**, you will be responsible for developing interior solutions and product attributes through the preparation and validation of projects, material specification, and technical analysis of environments—ensuring that CBA or Viva Corp developments reflect standards of quality, functionality, and architectural identity.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you in your day-to-day:**
* Develop interior studies and architectural solution proposals based on conceptual analysis of developments, technical surveys, and coordination guidelines aimed at reinforcing product identity;
* Prepare interior design projects and details—including floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models—compatible with architectural and technical guidelines to ensure project accuracy;
* Select materials, finishes, and aesthetic solutions based on supplier analysis, market trends, and performance requirements to guarantee quality and durability;
* Coordinate interior designs with structural and installation projects by evaluating technical impacts and proposing adjustments to prevent rework and ensure constructability;
* Produce descriptive specifications, reference materials, and technical specifications by organizing project information and defining finish standards—to guide internal teams and suppliers;
* Conduct comparative analyses of competing products and market trends based on observation of features, solutions, and differentiators to enhance the positioning of CBA or Viva Corp developments;
* Evaluate the on-site applicability of design solutions through technical site visits, mock-up monitoring, and interface analysis with construction execution to ensure practical feasibility;
* Develop decoration ambiance proposals and guidelines through layout studies, aesthetic composition, and conceptual alignment to communicate the product standard;
* Validate technical information and materials by reviewing documents received from architects, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project consistency;
* Issue technical opinions on interior solutions and product alternatives by assessing risks, impacts, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making;
* Monitor suppliers related to furniture, surfacing materials, and interior solutions—through sample analysis, technical visits, and delivery verification—to ensure compliance with specifications;
* Serve as the technical reference for the area by providing guidance on product guidelines, interior standards, and project methodologies to strengthen the area’s technical maturity.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:**
**Prerequisites:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, Interior Design, or related fields.
**Desirable:** Experience in interior design projects, real estate product development, or related areas.
