Collaboration with engineers and construction schedule control Description: What we expect from you: Prerequisites: Literate Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Foreman Desired Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of reinforced concrete structure execution in high-end residential building construction, Knowledge of ISO and PBPQH certifications, Professional commitment and ethics, Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively, Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications, Basic understanding of planning, logistics, and construction systems, Commitment to quality, occupational safety, and environmental preservation, Team management and commitment to site processes, Execution of more operational tasks and direct team supervision. What awaits you in your daily routine: * Manage the construction schedule, ensuring completion within established deadlines. * Read, interpret, and ensure implementation of project drawings, sketches, and technical specifications. * Control materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution, avoiding waste. * Organize labor teams—internal and/or subcontracted—delegating and monitoring tasks. * Collaborate with engineers to ensure construction complies with project technical requirements. * Guide setup and maintenance of the construction site, promoting organization and workplace safety. * Verify and control delivery of purchased materials to the site. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations by all team members. * Supervise use of Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during all activities. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with supervisors regarding project progress. 2511190202461821235
