Team management and effective communication Description: What we expect from you: Prerequisites: Literate Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor Desired Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of reinforced concrete structure execution in high-end residential building construction, Knowledge of ISO and PBPQH certifications, Professional commitment and ethics, Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively, Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications, Basic understanding of planning, logistics, and construction systems, Commitment to quality, workplace safety, and environmental preservation, Team management and commitment to construction processes, Performing more operational tasks and direct supervision of the team. What awaits you daily: * Manage the construction schedule, ensuring on-time project execution. * Read, interpret, and ensure implementation of drawings, sketches, and technical specifications. * Control materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution, avoiding waste. * Organize labor teams—internal and/or outsourced—delegating and monitoring tasks. * Collaborate with engineers to ensure construction complies with technical project requirements. * Guide site setup and maintenance, promoting organization and safety in the workplace. * Verify and control delivery of purchased materials to the site. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations across the entire team. * Supervise the use of Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during all activities. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with supervisors regarding project progress. 2511190202461821236
