Job Summary: Telecommunications professional to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of FTTX networks, Data Centers, and optical fiber infrastructure, performing tasks at heights and using equipment. Operation of company vehicles **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support achievement of departmental goals and KPIs; Assist in equipment pickup from customers; Perform tasks at heights, correctly using PPE and collective protection equipment (CPE); Carry out electrical installations and support network infrastructure; Install, test, and maintain cables, hardware, active and passive components in FTTX networks; Support Data Center installation and maintenance; Support construction, repair, and maintenance of optical fiber networks; Support assembly and maintenance of CEO, CTO, and DIO; Remove deactivated cables from the network; Perform cable routing, tree pruning, and structural adaptation; Assist in fiber splicing, cable preparation, fiber alignment, and optical distribution boxes; Respond to optical fiber cable breaks; Support customer activation and maintenance; Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment; Work on on-call duty as required; Operate company vehicles with care and responsibility; Manage and support material and equipment movement, registration, and inventory; Serve internal and external customers while complying with safety regulations, compliance requirements, and the Code of Ethics; **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed elementary education; No prior experience required; Driver's license category B; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Fundamental understanding of optical fiber network infrastructure and topology; NR10 and NR35 certifications (or willingness to obtain them). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance/food voucher Starbem – Telehealth and Well-being Services Day off Group life insurance Corporate University – Mhnet Ensina Internet discount after probation period Transportation allowance Wellhub (Gympass) **Work Location:** ---------------------- FLORIANÓPOLIS/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Additional Information:** --------------------------- On-site position available at the Florianópolis branch.
