Job Summary: Will support various technical activities related to fiber optic networks, including installation, maintenance, and repair, with a focus on safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Work in FTTX and Data Center network installation and maintenance 2. Support various technical activities related to network infrastructure 3. Development in a dynamic environment with diverse tasks **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support achievement of departmental goals and KPIs; Assist in equipment pickup from customers; Perform work at heights, correctly using PPE and collective protection equipment (CPE); Carry out electrical installations and support network infrastructure activities; Install, test, and maintain cables, hardware, active and passive components in FTTX networks; Support Data Center installation and maintenance; Support construction, repair, and maintenance of fiber optic networks; Support assembly and maintenance of CEO, CTO, and DIO; Remove decommissioned cables from the network; Perform pole climbing, tree pruning, and structural adjustments; Assist in fiber splicing, cable preparation, fiber alignment, and optical distribution boxes; Handle fiber optic cable breaks; Support customer activation and maintenance; Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment; Work on on-call duty as required; Operate company vehicles responsibly and with care; Manage and support material and equipment movement, registration, and inventory; Serve internal and external customers, complying with safety regulations, compliance requirements, and code of ethics; **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed elementary education; No prior experience required; Driver's license category B; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Fundamental understanding of fiber optic network infrastructure and topology; NR10 and NR35 certifications (or willingness to obtain them). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance/food voucher Starbem – Telehealth and Well-being Service Day off Group life insurance Corporate University – Mhnet Ensina Internet discount after probation period Transportation voucher Wellhub (Gympass) **Work Location:** ---------------------- FLORIANÓPOLIS/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday: 08:00–12:00 and 13:30–17:30; Saturday: 08:00–12:00 **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Monday to Friday: 08:00–12:00 and 13:30–17:30; Saturday: 08:00–12:00
