Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. **Job Description:** We are seeking a Building Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance across various areas of the hotel, ensuring all equipment and facilities operate correctly to deliver the best possible experience to our guests. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning systems, and minor masonry and painting repairs; * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and facilities, such as elevators, air conditioning systems, water pumps, among others; * Resolve day-to-day technical issues while consistently maintaining focus on service safety and quality; * Ensure all hotel areas comply with safety and cleanliness standards; * Collaborate with other hotel departments to maintain smooth operations; * Maintain control over tools and materials used in maintenance tasks. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in general maintenance, preferably in hotels or similar environments; * Solid knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems; * Skills in minor civil construction repairs (painting, masonry, etc.); * Ability to work effectively in a team and solve problems efficiently; * Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems, send us your resume and join our team!
