We are pioneers of the **"New Motel Concept"**, a concept launched in 2020 that transforms motels into **true urban resorts** — modern, welcoming, and designed for special moments. We are seeking a **Commercial Customer Service Assistant** to join our team and deliver **exceptional experiences** to our customers and partners. **Main Responsibilities** * Online customer service via **WhatsApp** for all 24 units; * **Reservation management** and booking control; * **Conflict resolution** with customers; * **Sales** of room decoration packages and menu items; * **Direct support to the front desk**. **Requirements** * Strong **communication** and **organizational** skills; * Ability to **interact effectively with the public**; * **Proactivity** and **attention to detail**. **Work Location:** Office located at Square SC (Saco Grande neighborhood, Florianópolis).
