Job Summary: Control construction execution according to plans, quality standards, and schedule, supporting the responsible engineer and representing the company's DNA. Key Highlights: 1. Construction execution control and supervision 2. Support in project and team management 3. Quality control and documentation Mission: Control construction execution in accordance with established plans, quality standards, and schedule. Support the site engineer. Act as an ambassador of Dimas DNA. Responsibilities: * Quantify materials and resources; * Conduct training and capacity-building for internal and third-party staff; * Assist in waste management control; * Perform service inspection and quality control; * Manage construction documentation and overall occupational safety documentation; * Supervise team management, training, PPE, vacations, etc.; * Assist in schedule control; * Monitor planning and re\-scheduling; * Deliver apartments to clients; * Control client-supplied materials; * Control projects; * Control technical manuals; * Complete the Construction Diary; * As-built documentation; * Accompany technical visits; * Map structural and installation systems; * Prepare technical reports; * Assist in warehouse inventory control; * Assist in employee time tracking; * Assist in completing the finishing schedule and warranty schedule. **Requirements:** * Education: Building Technician qualification; * Minimum 5 years’ experience in medium- or large-scale construction projects; * Proficiency in plan interpretation, quantity surveying, quality control, and construction execution; * Preferred skills: AutoCAD and Excel. Location: D/Season construction site \- João Paulo neighborhood \- Florianópolis.
