




Job Summary: A professional responsible for risk analysis, implementation of new contracts, training, and standardization of security and cleaning procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Standardization of activities and procedures Responsibilities: Conduct pre-contract risk analysis; Monitor the implementation of new service contracts; Conduct onboarding and periodic training; Standardize activities and procedures for security and cleaning personnel; Prepare various reports and technical opinions; Perform inspections and technical assessments to improve and implement services; Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Process Management or related fields; Preferred experience in outsourcing: Facilities/cleaning and security; Knowledge of technical assessments (cleaning and security) for cost estimation; Experience in onboarding and periodic training; Driver's license category B; Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$3.800,00 - R$4.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you currently reside in the Greater Florianópolis region/SC?
