Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Assistant to support the WeCharge electric vehicle charging station network, managing and maintaining chargers. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and after-sales service for the WeCharge network. 2. Performing corrective maintenance and refurbishment of chargers. 3. Providing technical support to the sales team and addressing operational requests. We are looking for an Infrastructure Assistant to work at WeCharge in Florianópolis. The professional will be responsible for supporting the electric vehicle charging station network, including charger management and maintenance. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Provide WeCharge technical support, delivering after-sales services; Conduct initial analysis of technical service calls for corrective maintenance on the WeCharge network, performing the first diagnosis of issues; Participate in the refurbishment processes of WeCharge chargers; Support the sales team with technical inquiries and clarifications to assist in product and service sales. Assist with tasks related to administrative and operational demands of charging stations. **Technical Competencies (Hard Skills):** Completed high school education; technical training in electrotechnology is preferred; Minimum 6 months of experience in the electrotechnical field. **Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills):** Organization; Proactivity; Problem-solving; Responsibility; Creativity; Initiative. **Additional Information:** Working hours are standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
