Job Summary:
Professional responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic security systems, including testing, diagnostics, and preparation of technical reports.

3. Provide technical support to the monitoring and operations team
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the following systems:
* CCTV systems;
* Facial access control systems;
* Motors and automation devices;
* Perimeter alarms and sensors;
* Logical and electrical infrastructure;
* UPS units;
* Conduct tests, diagnostics, and technical fault corrections;
* Perform basic configuration of equipment and peripherals;
* Carry out cable routing, organization, and cabling;
* Replace equipment;
* Prepare technical reports for service calls;
* Respond to emergency and corrective service requests at client sites;
* Provide technical support to the monitoring and operations team;
* Comply with technical procedures, safety standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
**Requirements:**
* Knowledge of: CCTV, access control, alarm systems, gate motors, basic networking, and basic electrical systems;
* Familiarity with technical tools and measurement instruments;
* Ability to diagnose and resolve field problems;
* Driver's license categories A and B;
**Required Education:** \- Technical high school diploma in electronics, electrotechnology, or related fields;
**Work Schedule:**
Business hours;
**Working Hours:** 08:00\-12:00 / 13:30\-18:18, Monday through Friday;
Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
