




Job Summary: Perform sorting, cataloging, indexing, and archiving of physical and digital documents; conduct information search and retrieval; and provide customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Register information in spreadsheets and/or document management software; perform cataloging, indexing, and archiving of documents in both physical and digital formats. Conduct information search and retrieval for customers upon request, in both physical and/or digital formats. Provide customer service through all communication channels, including in-person and digital interactions. Comply with each client's execution standards and procedures. Follow internal standards and procedures.
