If you are attentive, enjoy direct interaction with the public, and are proficient with computer systems and document completion, this position is for you! Your mission will be to ensure excellent customer service, from greeting customers upon arrival to technically organizing requested products and services. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Customer Service:** In-person reception at the counter and telephone/messaging support. * **Service Order Management:** Receiving items for repair, issuing and thoroughly verifying service orders (S.O.) in the company's system. * **Administrative Routines:** Accurate data entry and organized filing of service-related documents. * **Proactive Communication:** Contacting customers to notify them about deadlines and item pickups. * **Cashier Operations:** Receiving and processing payments. * **Store Organization:** Labeling and verifying products designated for sale. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Profile:** Responsibility and commitment. * **Skills:** Proficient typing and familiarity with computer systems. * **Experience:** Prior experience in customer service or reception is preferred. * **Availability:** Must be available to work during mall operating hours. ### **Additional Information** * **Work Location:** Beiramar Shopping (Atenas). * **Salary:** R$ 2.725,20 (Gross Salary + Additional Benefits). * **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (from Day 1) + Food Allowance of R$ 250.00 (after probation period). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 8:20 PM (with a 1-hour break). ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Food Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Cash Drawer Allowance (R$ 454.20) ### **Department:** Commercial
