Ensure compliance with safety and sustainability regulations. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Oversee and ensure service execution in accordance with project plans, technical specifications, and schedule. Assign tasks among in-house staff and contractors, monitoring deadlines and quality. Coordinate the installation and organization of the construction site according to the approved layout. Support the engineer in developing action plans, suggesting improvements, contractor hiring, and equipment usage to optimize productivity. Conduct training and guide teams on project reading, execution procedures, and proper equipment use. Report to the engineer any project interferences, productivity failures, staffing or material shortages. Inspect and approve completed services per company quality procedures and standards, ensuring execution standardization. Be responsible for technical and operational assessment, rejecting non-conforming services. Ensure measurement compliance, supporting service control and approval. Plan material usage by construction phase, anticipating needs and avoiding waste. Control material requisition, receipt, and proper on-site storage. Issue work orders and manage physical and human resources on-site. Ensure application of safety regulations (PPE, collective protection measures, PCMAT), halting unsafe activities and notifying responsible parties. Routinely inspect correct PPE usage, implementation of collective protections, and adherence to safety procedures. Support and implement waste management practices, selective collection, and use of sustainable materials. Ensure efficient internal logistics, planning access routes and paths for workers and equipment. Attend meetings with engineers and leadership to update on project progress and schedule. Support the engineer in developing and evaluating suppliers and service providers.
