**[Infra] DevOps Leader** ============================ TOTVS | Florianópolis - SC | Remote Job Description Lead the DevOps team, ensuring people development, delivery organization, and continuous area evolution. Work closely with the Product Owner to monitor strategic projects, remove impediments, and align priorities. Ensure that initiatives related to infrastructure, automation, reliability, security, and operations are delivered with quality, predictability, and business impact. Balance people management responsibilities, technical leadership, and project oversight in daily operations. Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and autonomy within the team. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead and develop the DevOps team, performing people management routines such as 1:1s, feedback sessions, and PDI follow-ups; * Monitor technical and behavioral growth of team members, supporting development plans, increased autonomy, and performance improvement; * Collaborate with the Product Owner on planning, prioritization, and tracking of the area’s strategic projects; * Ensure visibility into delivery progress, risks, impediments, and dependencies for projects under the team’s responsibility; * Provide technical support to the team on decisions related to infrastructure, cloud, automation, CI/CD, observability, security, and reliability; * Promote DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and continuous improvement practices for environments and processes; * Contribute to production and non-production environment stability, availability, performance, and security; * Support incident management, lead root cause analysis, and define preventive actions to reduce recurrence; * Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, documentation, autonomy, and results orientation; * Interact with partner areas such as Product, Development, Security, Architecture, and Support to ensure technical and operational alignment; * Track metrics, recurring demands, and improvement opportunities to increase team efficiency and delivery predictability; * Support definition and evolution of standards, processes, and practices contributing to DevOps area maturity. Requirements and Qualifications * Prior experience leading technical teams, preferably in DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud, SRE, or Platform Engineering; Experience in people management, including conducting 1:1s, delivering feedback, managing PDIs, career development, and performance management; * Experience monitoring technical projects, collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams; Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, observability, security, and environment reliability; Experience with cloud environments, preferably Amazon Web Services; * Knowledge of infrastructure services, including compute, networking, databases, load balancers, message queues, containers, storage, backup, and monitoring; Experience with containers and orchestration tools such as Docker, ECS, Kubernetes, and similar technologies; * Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and equivalents; * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and similar; * Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and log management tools such as Zabbix, CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, and related solutions.
