Sales Associate – SÃO JOSÉ / SC (Itaguaçu Shopping)** We are a company with 20 years of operation, established in the technology market and recognized as a leader in the gaming, mobile accessories, and supplements segment. If this describes you, your next career step may be right here! ***Attention: This position is exclusively for residents of São José or nearby areas!*** **Responsibilities:** Conduct in-store sales of smartphones, accessories, IT products, and gifts across diverse niches and a wide product mix; Deliver consultative and differentiated service using sales and negotiation techniques, focusing on customer experience and loyalty; Demonstrate product features hands-on to build connection, trust, and purchase intent; Create digital content to drive engagement on the store’s social media channels. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Sales experience (experience in other sectors is acceptable); Strong interpersonal approach skills, plus proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques; Effective oral and written communication; Availability for rotating 6x1 schedule; Knowledge of marketing and social media (a plus, not mandatory). **We Offer:** CLT employment contract; Base salary + attractive commission of up to 6% (clean percentage on sales); Transportation allowance; Performance bonus; Variable compensation ranging from R$ 3.000,00 to R$ 5.000,00; 50% discount on all store products; Sales training and professional development; Dynamic and welcoming work environment. **C.Center champions and values diversity.
