Job Summary: A professional responsible for strategic procurement, quotations, and negotiations of materials and services for civil construction projects and power substations, ensuring compliance and supporting operational teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Procure materials and services for civil construction projects and power substations 2. Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and negotiations with suppliers 3. Monitor delivery schedules, inventory levels, and develop new suppliers * Procure materials, services, and equipment for civil construction projects and power substations (138 kV, 230 kV, etc.). * Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and negotiations with suppliers. * Issue purchase orders and monitor the full procurement cycle through final delivery. * Manage item registration, control, and verification using **Sienge**. * Monitor delivery schedules, inventory levels, lead times, and supply chain KPIs. * Support construction and engineering teams with technical procurement requirements. * Develop and qualify new strategic suppliers. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, client specifications, and project compliance requirements. * Support the finance team with fiscal documentation, contracts, and release approvals.
