Develop and grow with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Act as the pharmacy’s technical reference, ensuring compliance with current legislation, promoting rational drug use, delivering qualified pharmaceutical assistance, and contributing to business results and service excellence. **1. Customer Assistance and Service** * Deliver empathetic customer service, interpreting prescriptions and advising on drug usage, dosage, interactions, and side effects. * Clarify questions from customers and staff through research and consultation of reliable sources. * Promote safe and effective dispensing of medications, including psychotropic drugs and antibiotics. **2.
