Develop and grow with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Act as the pharmacy’s technical reference, ensuring compliance with current legislation, promoting rational drug use, delivering qualified pharmaceutical assistance, and contributing to business results and service excellence. **1. Customer Assistance and Service** * Deliver empathetic customer service, interpreting prescriptions and advising on drug usage, dosage, interactions, and side effects. * Clarify questions from customers and staff through research and consultation of reliable sources. * Promote safe and effective dispensing of medications, including psychotropic drugs and antibiotics. **2. Technical and Legal Management** * Serve as the technical representative of the establishment before regulatory bodies (CRF, Health Surveillance, ANVISA, etc.). * Ensure documentary compliance: permits, authorizations, licenses, contracts, and mandatory registrations. * Maintain up-to-date SNGPC records, submit movement reports, and monitor irregularities. **3. Medication Control and Storage** * Supervise product storage, expiration dates, and pricing. * Ensure control and auditing of pharmaceutical inventory, especially controlled substances (Ordinance No. 344/98\). * Guarantee proper filing of prescriptions and mandatory reports. **4. Team Supervision and Development** * Train and guide staff on good dispensing practices, current legislation, and government programs (e.g., Farmácia Popular). * Monitor appropriate use of prescription forms, stamps, and sales registration systems. **5. Operational Processes and Quality** * Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Practice Manual, and PGRSS updated and ensure daily implementation. * Ensure hygiene, organization, and operational compliance of the department per sanitary regulations. * Monitor ambient and equipment temperatures with updated records. **6.
