Located in Palhoça/SC **Responsibilities:** Identify and prioritize inactive customers with purchase history Conduct active outreach (phone calls, WhatsApp, emails) using a consultative approach Offer promotional campaigns, promotional kits, and product replenishment solutions—including the PDV online purchasing platform Directly close simple orders (up to R$ 1.500,00) Refer larger opportunities to the Closer with updated briefing Record all contacts and statuses in the system Update contact history in the system and inform status to the Closer sales representative Conduct structured follow-up based on customer responses Collaborate closely with telesales and marketing teams **Required Competencies and Qualifications:** Agility and attention to detail Strong communication and negotiation skills Motivation to work and willingness to learn Respect for hierarchy and company policies Teamwork ability Basic knowledge of sales or commercial customer service Availability for full-time employment **Benefits:** **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** Receive R$ 25.00 per day to enjoy delicious meals.
