Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform customer technical management, develop reports, configure systems, and provide customer service, with a focus on service excellence and quality. Mission: Assist in carrying out activities related to the technical department, ensuring service excellence and quality. Responsibilities: Perform customer technical management regarding reports and analyses; Develop and send monthly reports; Register and configure meters in the system; Provide customer support and respond to customer inquiries; Develop meter calibration/verification reports; Conduct consumption monitoring studies for active customers; Manage reading equipment and delivery to meter readers; Contact solution vendors’ support teams to open tickets and register new customers; Manage assets and continuously verify proper field equipment operation; Provide direct managerial support to ensure smooth technical department operations.
