Opportunity for professional learning and growth **Energy Light** is looking for a **Maintenance Assistant** to join our team and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, contributing to the preservation and optimal operation of our facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in performing basic electrical, hydraulic, and civil maintenance tasks; * Support repairs of equipment, furniture, and building installations; * Conduct simple inspections and identify maintenance needs; * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and upkeep; * Comply with safety regulations and internal company procedures; * Support the maintenance team according to daily operational demands. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred); * Basic knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, hydraulic, or civil); * Organized, responsible, and proactive; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability for on-site work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in this role; * Courses in maintenance or electrical fields; * Familiarity with manual and electric tools. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Benefits as per company policy; * Collaborative work environment; * Opportunity for professional learning and growth. * Hazard pay: 30%. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM\. **How to Apply:** Apply directly via Indeed.
