




Job Summary: Coordinate teams, interpret project drawings, plan activities, and ensure quality and measurement of construction execution. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control and measurement of completed services. **JOB: CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER / FIELD MANAGER** **Work Location:** Aririu Neighborhood, Palhoça (Industrial Headquarters). **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, **08:00–18:00**, Friday, 08:00–17:00 **Your Responsibilities (Duties):** * **Field Leadership:** Directly coordinate execution teams (masons, carpenters, installers) and subcontractors; * **Technical Management:** Read and interpret architectural, structural, and hydraulic drawings, ensuring faithful on-site execution; * **Planning:** Organize weekly activity schedules and forecast material and equipment requirements in advance; * **Quality and Measurement:** Inspect completed work, measure subcontractor deliverables, and approve construction phases; * **Support:** Resolve daily practical issues on site and report progress to senior management. **What We Seek (Requirements):** * Degree in **Civil Engineering** (completed or nearing completion) OR substantial proven experience as a **Construction Foreman** in industrial/construction environments; * **Leadership Profile:** Ability to manage people, enforce deadlines, and execute related tasks; * Proficiency in reading technical drawings and basic AutoCAD skills; * Hands-on construction site experience (shop floor/site); * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and personal vehicle (or convenient access to Aririu). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary \+ Benefits (to be discussed).
