




Job Summary: A professional responsible for all stages of the cleaning and treatment process for parts, from preparation and sorting to drying, finishing, and final organization. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and select chemical products for different types of materials 2. Operate industrial machines and perform manual washing of delicate parts 3. Perform finishing, fiber brushing, and waterproofing Main responsibilities are divided into four stages: 1. Preparation and Sorting * **Fiber Identification:** Analyze material type (wool, cotton, synthetic, silk) to determine the appropriate chemical product. * **Damage Inspection:** Check for persistent stains, tears, or wear before initiating the process to inform the customer or supervisor. * **Sorting:** Group items by color and degree of soiling to prevent contamination. 2. Washing and Cleaning * **Stain Removal:** Apply specific solvents for pre-treatment of grease, ink, or organic residue stains. * **Machine Operation:** Operate industrial washers, high-pressure extractors, and centrifuges. * **Manual Washing:** Perform manual cleaning on delicate parts unsuitable for machine washing. 3. Drying and Finishing * **Drying Monitoring:** Control temperature in dryers or ensure proper natural drying to avoid odors (residual moisture). * **Finishing:** Brush fibers to restore original texture and perform final vacuuming. * **Waterproofing:** Apply protective products (when contracted by the customer) to prevent future stains. 4. Dispatch and Organization * **Packaging:** Roll and package carpets or curtains in a way that facilitates transportation and protects cleaned items. * **Department Organization:** Maintain clean machines, verify chemical inventory levels, and organize incoming and outgoing workflow.
