Job Summary: We are seeking a Shipping Assistant to work in the manufacturing industry, responsible for picking, organizing, and controlling perishable products, ensuring delivery without alteration. Control and organization of merchandise flow. **Shipping Assistant – Perishable Products** Work Location: Forquilhas \- São José. Company: *Semana Light*, with over 11 years in the market and nationwide presence through branches and franchises. **About the Position** We are looking for a Shipping Assistant to join our manufacturing facility. This role is intended for **organized, dynamic professionals with responsibility in handling perishable products.** Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM With flexible working hours **Responsibilities** \- Picking, loading, unloading, and stock organization. \- Picking and preparing orders for shipment; \- Controlling inbound and outbound merchandise; \- Data entry into spreadsheets and systems; \- Workplace organization and cleaning. \- Executing shipment of finished products, **ensuring product delivery without alteration of their characteristics**, and maintaining service levels for our customers with process agility; **\- EXPERIENCE in shipping, schedule flexibility, commitment, strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred.** **Desired Qualifications** * Prior experience working in cold storage rooms * Process agility and strong sense of responsibility * Good verbal and written communication skills **Benefits** * Hazard pay bonus: BRL 303.60 * Attendance bonus: BRL 500.00 * Fuel allowance * One daily on\-site meal included * Overtime pay **Compensation** * **Base salary:** BRL 2\.200,00 * **Overtime pay in accordance with legislation** **If you identify with this opportunity and have easy access to the area, send us your resume and join our team!** Job Type: Full\-time, Permanent CLT Job Type: Permanent CLT Pay: BRL 2\.503,60 \- BRL 3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel\-allowance
