Responsibilities: Food pre-preparation and preparation for operations in coordination with the team (breading, sauces, desserts, etc.). Main responsibility: Operating fryers, preparing portions and fried items used in sandwiches. Assembling sandwiches according to technical specifications and packaging ready sandwiches during colleagues’ days off. Cleaning utensils, countertops, kitchen equipment, and the entire workplace. . Requirements: Residence in Santa Mônica, Itacorubi, Trindade, or nearby neighborhoods. Prior kitchen experience involving pre-preparation. Efficiency and attention to detail in sandwich assembly and dispatch. Commitment to punctuality and attendance (no tardiness or absences). Team spirit and ability to work under pressure (high demand on weekends). . Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off + one Sunday off per month . Salary: R$ 2.200,00 (formal employment contract). . Benefits: R$ 300 VA + R$ 310 VT paid in cash to avoid payroll deductions.
