Job Summary: We are hiring a Supply Assistant to work in the logistics and supply area, responsible for supporting receiving, inspection, storage, and movement of materials and supplies. Participate in inventories, stock counts, and inventory records **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are hiring a Supply Assistant to work in our logistics and supply area. Key Responsibilities: \- Support receiving, inspection, storage, and movement of materials and supplies. \- Assist in transportation and supply to internal and external customers, managing orders and requests. \- Perform material verification and packaging in accordance with safety standards. \- Monitor transportation and tracking of samples, ensuring quality preservation. \- Perform data entry and recordkeeping in logistics information systems. \- Organize documents and materials for shipment, maintaining updated workflow. \- Participate in inventories, stock counts, and inventory records. \- Verify and enter invoices. \- Monitor inventory levels and perform system entries in the management system. \- Support procurement processes, quotations, and order follow-up with suppliers. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics or related fields is desirable). Basic knowledge of management systems and Microsoft Office suite. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
