Responsibilities Perform nursing and medical procedures as directed; Transport and admit patients and companions to the ICU; Transport and assist with patient movement within the ICU and between departments; Transport patients for hospital discharge, escorting them to reception; Admit patients to cardiac monitors following institutional guidelines; Perform position changes according to ICU routine schedules and document them on bedside forms; Verify prescribed psychotropic medications for patients, storing\-them in designated drawers of medication carts; Provide nursing care specific to this role for patients hospitalized in the ICU; Provide support, assistance, and guidance to patients and their families; Prepare and refer patients for internal and external examinations, following safe transportation protocols; Monitor more complex procedures and store OPME packaging per audit instructions; Respond to emergency situations; Enter patient information into the system (nursing prescriptions and progress notes); Verify prescriptions, prepare, and administer medications; Use the electronic medical record to return unused or suspended materials and medications; Perform medication and procedure verifications in the electronic system (ADEP); Record incidents related to patient care and safety in the electronic medical record; Perform hygiene and disinfection of required medical equipment per ICU routine and after patient discharge, documenting completion in the electronic medical record; Perform disinfection and organization of the materials room and expurgation area as directed; Prepare patients for preoperative surgical procedures according to institutional protocols; Review patients' nursing histories (especially allergies and self-administered medications), reporting to the nurse when self-administered medications require authorization; Assess patients' clinical risks using standardized institutional identifiers (wristbands and bed signs); Receive and train newly hired technical staff assigned to the department; Ensure proper care and preservation of available resources; Organize and restock departmental materials as needed and per assignment; Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity as assigned. ###### **Requirements and Qualifications** Basic Computer Skills Hygiene and Sterilization Methods Systems Used in the Field Public Service Techniques Nursing Techniques ###### **Company** No information registered Job Code: 235
