Nursing team management and development ###### **Job Details** * Employment Type: CLT (Permanent) * Professional Area: Nursing * Workload: 220 hours/month * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Salary: R$ 6\.119,00 * Work Modality: On-site ###### **Benefits** Transportation Allowance ️ Meal Voucher + On-site Meals Pharmacy Benefit Plan Health and Dental Insurance Plans Childcare Assistance Attendance Incentive Program Three Stars Program Birthday Day Off Psychological Support – Wellz ###### **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Responsibilities: \- Ensure safety for staff, patients, and the institution. \- Supervise patient care delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency. \- Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing team performance. \- Staff and organize the team according to daily workflow and departmental demand, managing absences and medical certificates. \- Verify correct execution and verification of medical prescriptions. \- Monitor nursing progress notes and guide the team as needed. \- Organize and supervise complex examinations. \- Perform and monitor nursing procedures. \- Guide patients during pre- and post-operative phases. \- Control usage of consumable materials and request replenishments when necessary. \- Manage maintenance of hospital medical equipment. \- Receive and hand over shifts with staff nurses. \- Conduct daily visits to hospitalized patients to identify complaints and specific needs. \- Provide information and guidance to patients and companions regarding departmental policies and routines. \- Monitor and ensure emergency trolley checks and material expiry dates. \- Participate in team training and capacity-building programs. \- Mediate conflicts among staff and across departments. \- Analyze patient care-related incidents and propose continuous improvements. \- Contribute to multidisciplinary committees focused on patient safety. \- Daily assessment of patients at high risk of injuries, documenting required interventions. \- Coordinate actions with bed management to optimize patient flow. \- Correct medical records per audit requests. \- Report daily activities to nursing supervision, seeking support as needed. \- Perform other duties related to the position, as assigned.
