Cassol Centerlar is a chain of stores specializing in construction and decoration materials. With multiple locations, it offers a wide range of products to meet its customers' needs. **Responsibilities:** Provide first-level technical support to users. Perform hardware maintenance and configuration. Manage user access and network. Support projects such as new system implementations or upgrades. Conduct preventive monitoring and maintenance (computers, network, printers). Perform tasks related to standard Technical Support routines. Position based in São José / SC. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, IT Technician, or Technical Support Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
