As a **Service Planning Analyst**, you will be responsible for serving as the technical reference for managing and planning parts and tools for technical support, ensuring high availability, fast release, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for conducting critical analyses, executing and evolving inventory strategies, and directly participating in decision-making for complex scenarios—ensuring SLA compliance and uninterrupted operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** * Plan and execute inventory management of parts and tools, ensuring appropriate stock levels based on criticality and demand; * Perform critical analyses for releasing parts and tools, considering service priority, availability, lead time, and customer impact; * Execute and monitor the shipment flow of parts and tools to customers and technicians, ensuring delivery speed and accuracy; * Monitor and coordinate demands with import, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure deadline adherence; * Evaluate and approve parts and tools orders in the ERP system, ensuring data consistency and proper prioritization; * Manage the return flow of field-sourced parts—including unused and defective parts—ensuring correct classification, registration, and system routing; * Monitor and manage the return flow of tools dispatched for field service, ensuring their timely return, availability, and reusability; * Ensure traceability of parts and tools in transit (dispatch and return), guaranteeing accurate system updates and internal controls—in coordination with Logistics; * Identify deviations in the return flow and conduct necessary follow-ups with relevant departments; * Ensure proper routing of tools for calibration in coordination with the Quality department, guaranteeing compliance and readiness for use; * Contribute to warehouse organization and data accuracy in systems through efficient control of inbound and outbound part/tool flows. * Balance inventory between units (Head Office and Branch) to optimize availability and reduce lead times; * Analyze parts and tools inventory using ABC analysis and other criticality criteria, proposing adjustments to minimum stock levels and replenishment strategies; * Ensure accurate registration and updating of information in the ERP system, guaranteeing traceability and data reliability; * Monitor and act upon area performance indicators; * Support organizational efficiency and workflow fluidity by proposing and implementing continuous process improvements; * Provide technical support to the team and serve as a reference for more complex decision-making; * Ensure organization and control of all operational workflows under your responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To Make Your Story Happen Here, You Must Have Expertise In:** * Advanced knowledge of inventory management, planning, and logistics; * Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision-making grounded in operational criticality; * Advanced Excel skills; * Intermediate BI skills; * Experience with ERP systems; * Ability to work autonomously, with strong sense of priority and impact awareness; * Hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented profile. **Additional Information** **What Do You Gain By Joining Our Story?** * Transportation allowance for your commute; * Meal and food allowances consolidated into a single multi-benefit Caju card; * Free parking for your safety; * Unimed health insurance and Uniodonto dental insurance; * Gympass for your well-being and physical activity; * Caju Mais Plan: free or discounted consultations and medicine discounts; * Childcare allowance to support care for your children; * Extended maternity leave so mothers can spend more time at home with their babies; * Farma Sesi pharmacy discount agreement; * Sesc partnership for courses, gyms, schools for your children, and much more; * Discounts at partner establishments; * Fully equipped kitchen for your meals; * Unlimited coffee and tea in our pantry; * 15-minute breaks between shifts for coffee or tea; * Online academy for continuous training and development.
