We are looking for an **Educational Partnerships Analyst** to work in the **Education** area at AltoQi.

* **️** **What will your day-to-day look like?**
* Lead meetings with Higher Education Institutions and postgraduate partners, ensuring strategic alignment and structured documentation of requirements.
* Request, track, and ensure proper contractual signature flows with responsible internal departments.
* Internally route partner-originated requests, ensuring clarity of scope, deadlines, and responsibilities.
* Support and supervise the educational license release process, guiding interns or apprentices in executing related tasks.
* Monitor educational project indicators, maintaining updated records and proposing data-driven improvements.
* Prepare managerial reports and executive dashboards for leadership, including critical analysis of results, risks, and opportunities.
* Ensure adherence to educational project timelines, proactively identifying risks and guaranteeing complete, high-quality deliveries.
* Provide support to professors and students, ensuring a positive experience and rapid resolution of requests.
* Propose improvements to operational workflows and the educational partner journey, promoting efficiency and continuous innovation.
**What are we looking for?**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Public Relations, Engineering, Business Administration, Pedagogy, Educational Management, Institutional Relations, or related fields.
* Experience managing institutional partnerships or B2E customer relationships.
* Experience analyzing performance metrics and preparing managerial reports.
* Proficiency with management and data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, or management systems).
**It would be amazing if you have experience with:**
* Prior experience in edtechs or projects involving higher education institutions.
* Experience managing educational projects or academic partnership programs.
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Educational Management, Business, or related strategic fields.
* Certification in negotiation, agile methodologies, and/or project management (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban).
* **Contract with a monthly workload of 200 hours, i.e., 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday.**
