Join us! **Who Are We?** An operational-sector company is seeking a **Fleet Management Assistant** to ensure control, organization, and availability of vehicles used in operations. If you are organized, deadline-oriented, and enjoy working with control and processes, this opportunity may be right for you. **What You’ll Do:** Full management of the company’s fleet (cars and utility vehicles); Control of vehicle insurance, licensing, and documentation; Tracking and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance; Management and monitoring of tracking devices and vehicle monitoring systems; Control of Sem Parar and other fleet-related payment systems; Recording and monitoring of fleet performance indicators; Communication with suppliers and service providers; Supporting the operational team to ensure vehicle availability and safety. **We’d Love It If You Have the Following Qualifications:** Completed high school; Prior experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance; Knowledge of vehicle tracking and management systems; Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Nice-to-Have:** Experience negotiating with maintenance, insurance, and service providers; Familiarity with fleet management tools and control spreadsheets. **Location:** Palhoça/SC \- Jardim Eldorado **What Are My Working Hours?** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM\. **Salary:** R$ 2\.900,00 **Benefits** Transportation Benefit (amount based on residence location) – legal deduction of 6% *or Fuel Allowance option* Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$ 28.00 per business day Health Insurance Dental Insurance Wellhub (Gympass) SESC Partnership University Partnership **Does This Match Your Profile?
