Within the finance team, you will gain hands-on experience, support the company's smooth operation, and contribute to organizing financial routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** On a daily basis, you will: * Support the organization and status updates of purchase requests: Assist in tracking the purchase request workflow to ensure accurate system entries and proper payment scheduling, maintaining updated and well-organized records. * Assist with accounting entries and accounts payable: Perform data entry and verification in the system under supervision, monitor deadlines, and ensure all tasks are completed as scheduled. * Support management of reimbursements, advances, and travel: Assist in processing and tracking employees’ financial requests, adhering to internal policies and deadlines. * Contribute to organizing fiscal receipts: Support the organization of fiscal documents to ensure they remain up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with internal and legal requirements. * Provide administrative support (facilities): Assist with office administrative tasks, contributing to an organized work environment and supporting teams. * Monitor expense allocations and clarify basic payment-related questions: Provide initial support to colleagues from the finance area and other departments, always under team supervision. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required qualifications: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong interpersonal communication and collaborative mindset. * Eagerness to learn and curiosity to seek information.
